Cancellation Policy
Clients have 48 hours before their appointment to cancel WITHOUT penalty. Any cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 50% of their scheduled services.
I charge a 100% fee (full service price) for any No-Shows and Same Day cancellations.
Showing up more than 15 mins after your scheduled appointment time will result in cancellation and the 100% fee will apply.
There are NO exceptions to this policy!
